Why is this topic hot?

What we’ll cover:

AI is rapidly moving beyond coding assistants into agentic systems that can execute entire parts of the software development lifecycle.

Organizations like Stripe and Spotify are already experimenting with AI agents that generate code, run tests, and open pull requests, shifting development from a “prompt to response” model to intent-driven workflows.

At the same time, testing is evolving into an AI-driven STLC, where validation starts at the moment requirements are defined, enabling extreme shift-left feedback loops.

This creates a new challenge - not just generating code, but orchestrating multiple AI agents across repositories, pipelines, and environments.

This represents a fundamental shift from writing code to orchestrating software delivery systems.

Join Jan Siciński, Principal Technology Lead and Solution Architect, for a deep dive into how AI is reshaping the software lifecycle.

In this session, we will explore:

• how AI agents are entering the SDLC and STLC
• what “extreme shift-left” looks like in practice
• how multi-agent workflows (coding, testing, review) collaborate
• how systems like Stripe Minions and Spotify Honk work
• how to orchestrate agent-driven workflows using platforms like Slack or Web UI
• a live demo of an AI-native SDLC flow:
Zoom > PRD > Jira > Implementation > Tests > CI > Pull Request
• why engineers are becoming the control plane of AI-driven systems
