Senior Data Scientist
Responsibilities: - Build and deploy data science and machine learning solutions (models, algorithms, analytics) to solve real business problems and improve key KPIs; - Perform exploratory data analysis and translate complex datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and operations teams; - Collaborate closely with engineers, data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and production-ready solutions. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in Data Science or applied Machine Learning, with a strong ability to solve business problems using statistical and ML methods; - Strong Python skills for data analysis and machine learning (e.g., Pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM), along with solid experience in SQL and data visualization; - Experience delivering ML solutions end-to-end, including model design, evaluation, and production deployment (cloud platforms, MLOps, containers).
Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET/React)
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally in backend or full-stack roles - Proficiency in languages like C# and React - Experience with AWS and containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes), familiarity with REST/gRPC APIs and event-driven systems Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain a scalable platform and services - Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define technical solutions - Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship
Middle Golang Engineer
Responsibilities: - as one of our Go engineers, you will be responsible for working closely with our point-of-sale partners, be comfortable communicating with non-technical people, and have a proactive approach to problem solving. Requirements: - Commercial Go Experience – A track record of writing clean, maintainable, and idiomatic Go in a professional environment; - Distributed Systems Knowledge – A solid understanding of microservice architectures and hands-on experience with asynchronous, event-driven communication patterns; - API Development & Integration – Strong experience designing, building, and consuming APIs, particularly for third-party integrations.
Senior Machine Learning Engineer
Responsibilities: - Define and evolve the machine learning infrastructure strategy, covering both real-time and batch inference; - Design, deploy, and operate scalable ML pipelines using cloud-native technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, MLOps automation); - Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers, setting best practices, and translating machine learning solutions into measurable business KPIs. Requirements: - Strong production experience with machine learning models, including real-time inference, scaling, and long-term maintenance; - Advanced Python and SQL skills for data science and production systems, with solid software engineering practices (testing, Git, code reviews); - Hands-on experience with Docker, cloud-based ML infrastructure, and real-time data processing; basic knowledge of mathematical optimization is required.
Senior Full Stack Engineer
(Java + React)
Requirements: - Strong expertise in React + TypeScript for building highly interactive, component-driven UIs - Experience creating custom chat/messaging components, with attention to UX, accessibility, and real-time interactivity - Solid understanding of state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar) and data flow in complex applications Responsibilities: - Build next-level chat and voice experiences by developing advanced React components for chat, messaging, and voice-driven UIs - Design and optimize backend services in Java (deployed on AWS with EKS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB) to support high-throughput conversational data and agent workflows - Integrate with AI/LLM services, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech APIs to deliver fluid, real-time multimodal interactions
Senior Python Engineer
Requirements: - extensive expertise as a strong Python programmer with a deep understanding of the language and its ecosystem; - in-depth understanding of core software design paradigms and principles, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP); - proven commercial experience in designing and developing scalable, production-grade applications. Responsibilities: - ideate, design, and implement complex, creative solutions using Generative AI technologies to solve tangible business problems; - write clean, secure, scalable, and well-documented Python code, adhering to best practices; - lead the continued development of our internal AI chatbot, Jetty, enhancing its capabilities and user experience.
Senior Product Analyst / Data Analyst
Responsibilities: - Product Performance Analysis: Define, monitor, and report on key product metrics (KPIs) to assess product health and the impact of releases; - Data Manipulation & Reporting: Write, optimize, and execute complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from large, disparate databases; - Data Infrastructure & ETL: Demonstrate hands-on experience and comfort with understanding, troubleshooting, and occasionally contributing to ETL pipelines to ensure data quality, consistency, and availability for analysis. Requirements: - 4+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or data analytics; - Expert-level proficiency in SQL for querying, aggregating, and analyzing large datasets; - Prefer hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, including statistical packages.
