to join Ciklum’s AI crew
We're big enough to matter, small enough to be seen.
A 4,000-engineer company is a serious AI player with real clients and real budgets — but this role sits where an individual still has visible impact, not buried under ten layers of corporate hierarchy.
We both learn from the market and give back to it — we explore the latest AI tech on real engagements, then publish, speak, and open-source what we learn. You're part of that exchange, not just a consumer of it.
The frontier never goes stale. Because we work across many clients and domains, when one cutting-edge project ends, the next frontier problem is already waiting. No multi-year maintenance purgatory on a single legacy system.
You get direct access to the best AI people. Decisions, architecture calls, and client conversations happen close to you — you're in the room, not downstream of it.

Our vacancies
Not every opportunity for AI professionals is listed here – and that’s by design.
The full landscape of job opportunities at Ciklum is much broader, and we’re opening new projects and roles as you read these lines! Even if you don’t see a position that matches your technical profile, send us your resume.
Senior Glean AI Engineer
US, CA
Responsibilities: - We are placing senior AI engineers to design and deliver production agentic AI systems for an enterprise client. You will build autonomous agents on the client’s existing enterprise AI stack. Glean is the agent platform and OpenAI / GPT Enterprise provides the reasoning layer, deployed on AWS or GCP. - This is hands-on build work. You own agents from design through production, monitoring, and iteration. - You approach agents as production software. You work in terms of triggers, retrieval, reasoning steps, actions, permissions, evaluation, and observability, and you know how to make an agent reliable, secure, and maintainable at enterprise scale. Requirements: - 3+ years building with LLMs in production systems that real users depend on; hands-on experience designing agentic workflows: tool and function calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-step orchestration, and memory. - OpenAI / GPT Enterprise. Deep practical experience with the OpenAI API and GPT Enterprise: model selection, prompt engineering, structured outputs, function calling, cost and latency tuning, and data-handling controls. - Glean is required. Direct, hands-on production experience with the Glean platform: Agent Builder, Apps, Actions, Model Hub, connectors, and permission-aware retrieval. This is a non-negotiable requirement for the role.
Expert AI/ML Engineer
CZ, PL, RO, SK
Responsibilities: - AI Tooling & Platform Delivery: Build, ship, and host internal AI platforms, custom skills, MCP connectors, and agentic workflows accessible to both developers and non-developers across the company - Host Infrastructure: Architect and manage scalable cloud hosting environments to support internal AI tools, model integrations, and regular automated execution pipelines - AI Security & Risk Mitigation: Apply rigorous security judgment across all AI systems, implementing robust credential management, strict least privilege authorization, and defenses against prompt injection and data leaks Requirements: - Experience: 10+ years of professional software development experience with a strong background in backend architectures and system design - Proficiency in any modern backend-focused programming language (e.g., Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Go, Java) – proven hands-on delivery in the AI enablement space matters far more than mastery of a specific language - Hands-on AI Tooling Delivery: Proven track record of building, shipping, and maintaining production AI tooling, including MCP connectors, custom skills, and agentic workflows
Senior Data Scientist
PL, RO
Responsibilities: - Algorithm Ownership & Reverse Engineering: Analyze, deconstruct, and thoroughly map out complex existing statistical models and algorithms written in R - Feature Engineering & Development: Conceptualize, build, and deploy new analytical features and models from scratch to support emerging product and business needs - Production & Code Quality: Refactor and upgrade existing R code into robust, production-ready frameworks. Champion best practices for version control, code documentation, and automated testing Requirements: - Experience: 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in data science, statistical modeling, or quantitative research - Technical Mastery in R: Expert-level proficiency in R programming. You should be highly comfortable with the tidyverse, data.table, and various advanced statistical/modeling packages - Statistical Depth: Deep practical knowledge of applied statistics (e.g., hypothesis testing, linear/logistic regression, time-series analysis, mixed-effects models, or Bayesian methods)
