  • Demonstrate consistently strong performance with positive feedback

  • Have a growth mindset and are motivated to shape Ciklum’s future

Would be a plus, but not essential:

Our team will review submitted forms to confirm eligibility. Only candidates who meet the requirements will advance to the next stage.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a motivational interview. After the interviews, we will notify all applicants of their final status, selected or not.
