iOS Tech Lead - 7+ years of iOS apps development experience - Strong knowledge of Swift programming language, SOLID, KISS, DRY Principles, TDD approach - Extensive exposure to Firebase
Java Tech Lead – 7-8+ years of experience in Java – Strong knowledge of clean coding methodologies (SOLID, YAGNI), Spring Boot, Kafka (or RabbitMQ), Kubernetes, security concepts – Experience with microservice architecture
Android Tech Lead – 7-8+ years of Android apps development experience – Strong knowledge of Kotlin & Java, JetPack, Coroutines, Android Jetpack (Room, Live Data, View Models), Dagger2, and Retrofit – Extensive exposure to Firebase
Technical Architect – Computer Science degree or appropriate experience – 8+ years in IT, with 4+ Years as a software technical architect within fintech, preferably in a Microservices banking environment – Technology architecture experience in a highly regulated business, working to existing standards, templates and governance methods – Specific domain knowledge of blocks of Financial Services capabilities (for example, Banking Products, Risk, Compliance, Customer Service, Finance, Treasury, Channel Applications, etc.) – Experience with organisational backend systems such as CRM, ERP & HR, as well as TDD/BDD methodologies, data protection and security approaches within iOS and/or Android ecosystems
